Yes — Primary Health Clinics of Mississippi is currently accepting new patients at both our Newton and Meridian locations. Dr. Olaleye welcomes adults of all ages seeking a primary care physician, chronic disease management, preventive care, or physician-guided weight management.
Request an AppointmentWhat should I bring to my first visit?
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please bring the following:
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Insurance card(s) — primary and secondary if applicable
- List of current medications, dosages, and prescribing physicians
- Records or summary from your previous primary care provider (if transferring care)
- List of known allergies
- Any recent lab work, imaging reports, or specialist notes
- Completed new patient forms (available to download below)

PHCM accepts most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and others. Self-pay patients are also welcome — please call our office for current self-pay rates before your visit.
Insurance acceptance is subject to change. Please call to verify your specific plan before scheduling.
Which location should I visit?
Dr. Olaleye rotates between Newton and Meridian on a weekly schedule. Choose the location most convenient for you — the same physician and standard of care is available at both clinics.

Submit a request online using our appointment form and a team member will confirm the date, time, location, and visit type within one to two business days. You can also call either clinic directly during office hours.
