Dr. Olaleye conducts comprehensive evaluations that review your full health history, assess your current status, identify risk factors, and build a forward-looking plan. Physicals at PHCM are available for adult patients (non-adolescent age and above).

What the Exam Includes
Annual Physical Exam
A comprehensive head-to-toe physical examination covering vitals, organ systems, skin, musculoskeletal assessment, and a full review of your health history and current concerns.
Annual Wellness Visit (Medicare)
For Medicare patients, the Annual Wellness Visit is a covered preventive benefit focused on health risk assessment and preventive planning — distinct from a standard physical.
Employment & Pre-Employment Physicals
Physical examinations required for employment — including general pre-employment physicals and occupational health evaluations.
Preventive Screenings
Age- and risk-appropriate screenings integrated into the physical — including cardiovascular risk, diabetes, kidney function, and immunization review.
Medication Review
A comprehensive review of all current medications — checking for interactions, appropriateness, and opportunities to optimize your regimen.
Lab Work Coordination
Ordering and reviewing relevant laboratory work as part of the physical — including metabolic panels, lipid panels, CBC, and other indicated tests.

An annual physical with a physician who knows you is not the same as a one-time visit at a walk-in clinic. The value is in the continuity — a physician who tracks your baseline, notices changes, and builds a care plan that evolves with you.
Physicals at PHCM are available for adult (non-adolescent) patients. Most insurance plans cover one annual wellness visit per calendar year. Confirm your benefits before scheduling.

Most adults benefit from a comprehensive physical examination once per year. Regular physicals allow Dr. Olaleye to track changes in your health over time, catch problems early, and keep your preventive care up to date. Patients with chronic conditions may need more frequent visits.
A comprehensive physical at PHCM includes a review of your medical history, vital signs, head-to-toe physical examination, review of current medications, age-appropriate cancer screenings, immunization review, lab work (if indicated), and a discussion of your health goals and any concerns you want to address.
If Dr. Olaleye plans to order a fasting metabolic panel or lipid panel as part of your physical, you will be asked to fast for 8–12 hours beforehand. When you schedule, our team will let you know whether fasting is recommended for your visit.
PHCM offers adult physicals for general employment and pre-employment purposes. DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals are listed as coming soon — please call our office for current availability. Sports physicals for adolescents are not currently offered.
